Terms of Use

The rules for using Saberi, what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

In short

  • Every new account gets 7 days of Pro free, no card, one trial per computer.
  • After that, the tutor is on Pro, for R$49.90 a month (Brazilian reais) or the 12-month plan. Without subscribing, the tutor pauses, and what you studied stays in the app.
  • Cancel whenever you like, and withdraw within 7 days of paying to get the amount back.
  • The tutor is for studying: it explains and corrects, but doesn't do the work for you.
  • The AI can be wrong. Check whatever matters.

Acceptance

These Terms govern the use of the Saberi app, the saberi.com.br site and the services connected to them, offered by [RAZÃO SOCIAL], CNPJ [CNPJ] ("Saberi", "we"), a company based in Brazil. By creating an account, you state that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Saberi.

What Saberi is

Saberi is an artificial intelligence tutor for studying. It finds out what you already know, makes a plan and teaches one step at a time, with exercises, reading of handwritten answers, study from your PDFs, voice dictation and spaced review. It works in the browser and, soon, as an app for Windows, macOS and Linux, and needs the internet for the tutor to answer.

Your account

  • To use Saberi, you create an account with an email address of your own and a password. The information must be true.
  • The account is personal. Don't share your password; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • Anyone under 18 may only use Saberi with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for subscribing to Pro. For children under 12, the account must be created by the guardian.
  • If you notice access you don't recognize, change your password and disconnect the other computers in Settings › Account.

Free trial

Every new account gets 7 days of Pro free, without asking for a card and with no automatic charge at the end. The trial is one per computer: an account created on a computer that has already had a trial starts without one. Creating accounts to repeat the trial violates these Terms. During the trial, the tutor's daily limit is lower than a paid Pro's, about a third of it; the other limits are Pro's.

Saberi has no free plan. When the trial ends without a subscription, you can't start sessions, talk to the tutor, review or import PDFs until you subscribe. What you studied stays in your account, at no cost, to look at and export.

The Pro subscription

Pro unlocks the tutor, with the limits described in clause 7. Payments are made inside the app through AbacatePay, a Brazilian payment provider, and are charged in Brazilian reais (BRL); your bank or card issuer may add conversion fees. The ways to pay are:

  • Monthly by card, R$49.90 a month, charged automatically each month until you cancel;
  • 1 month, by Pix or card, with no automatic renewal;
  • 12 months, by Pix or in up to 12 card installments, with no automatic renewal.

The prices in force are the ones shown in the app at the time of purchase. You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time in Settings › Account; Pro lasts until the end of the period already paid, and there is no new charge. If the card charge fails, we'll try again for a few days and let you know by email; if it doesn't go through, the subscription is cancelled.

If we change the price, we'll let you know at least 30 days in advance. The change doesn't affect the period you have already paid for, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Withdrawal and refunds

You may withdraw from a purchase within 7 days of payment and get the full amount back, as guaranteed by art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Just write to privacidade@saberi.com.br from your account's email address. The refund goes back through the same payment method, and the Pro from that purchase ends.

Outside that period, cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current period, except in the cases of clause 13.

Usage limits

Each answer from the tutor has a real cost for us, which is why Pro has limits, shown in the app in Settings › Account: a daily limit, which renews at midnight (Brasília time), and a monthly one, with a part set aside for the Sonnet model. Past the Sonnet part, answers come from Haiku. Past the monthly limit, the tutor carries on at a reduced pace, with Haiku only, until the month renews.

These limits comfortably cover heavy study. We may adjust them to keep the service sustainable; if a change reduces what you have, we'll let you know beforehand.

Acceptable use

Saberi is for learning. You agree not to:

  • try to get around the plan's limits or the one-trial-per-computer rule, including by creating several accounts;
  • use the tutor by automated means, resell access or share the account;
  • try to reach the server other than through the app, copy the service or exploit security flaws;
  • use Saberi to cheat on assessments, such as answering an exam in progress;
  • send content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others or exposes other people's personal data.

The tutor was made to teach: it explains, asks questions and comments on what you've produced, but it doesn't hand over solved problem sets, finished essays or assignments for you to present as your own.

About the AI's answers

The answers are generated by artificial intelligence models and may contain errors, even when they sound sure. Check important information against reliable sources, such as your materials and your teachers. Saberi supports your study: it doesn't replace teachers, professional advice or official exam guidelines, and doesn't guarantee you'll pass any exam.

Your content

What you write, draw, dictate and import remains yours. In the browser, it's kept in your account, on our server; in the installed app, on your computer. You authorize us to process that content only to provide the service, such as sending the necessary parts to the AI model to generate answers. You are responsible for having the right to use the materials you import, such as PDFs, for your personal study.

What is ours

The app, the site, the Saberi brand, the mascot, the design and the instructions that guide the tutor belong to Saberi or its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app while these Terms are in force.

Availability and updates

We work to keep Saberi always available, but interruptions can happen, for maintenance or because of failures on our side or our suppliers'. The app updates itself to fix problems and bring improvements; some features may change over time.

Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account; if there's a card subscription, it is cancelled first. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, giving the reason whenever possible. If we end the service or close an account without you having violated the Terms, we'll refund the proportional amount for the period paid and not used.

Liability

We are responsible for the services we provide under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. We are not responsible for damage caused by using Saberi against these Terms, for decisions made solely on the AI's answers without proper checking, or for failures in your computer or your connection. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. When a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app or by email at least 15 days in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel the subscription and delete the account before it takes effect. This version is in effect since October 29, 2026.

Governing law and venue

These Terms follow Brazilian law. The courts of your place of residence are chosen to settle any matter about them. Before that, if you can, talk to us at privacidade@saberi.com.br: most problems get solved there.
